New apartments, office building coming to Downtown Summerlin

The developer of Downtown Summerlin announced plans today for more luxury apartments and a new office building.

Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of this year on the 1700 Pavilion office building and a second phase of the Tanager apartments — Tanager Echo.

Downtown Summerlin is a 400-acre mixed-use development that includes shopping, dining, living, and office space. It also features the Las Vegas Ballpark, home to the minor-league Las Vegas Aviators, and City National Arena, the Vegas Golden Knights practice facility.
