Signature at MGM | History
The Signature at MGM Grand was built by a partnership between MGM Mirage and Turnberry Associates on the location of the former MGM Grand Adventures Theme Park, though it officially holds an off-strip address of 145 East Harmon Avenue. The Signature at MGM features three identical 38-story towers, each consisting of 576 fully furnished units, with individual amenities, and access to all MGM Grand amenities.

The Signature Suites range in size from 550 to roughly 1,394 square feet and include suites, one bedroom and two-bedroom options which are combined units. These spectacular units are fully furnished to a luxury hotel standard, equipped with a king size bed, flat screen TV, sofa sleeper for guests, optional private terrace and a lavish bathroom. Suits include a kitchenette, while larger units come with a full-size kitchen stocked with necessities for a turn key experience.

Each tower at The Signature at MGM is home to a private pool and hot tub. Tower 1 includes a cocktail lounge and Starbucks. Towers 1 and 3 have a full services fitness center which is accessible to residents from all three towers. In addition to tower amenities, Signature guests may access MGM Grand amenities at any time. MGM Grand amenities include a 24 hour concierge, four refreshing pools, three whirlpools, waterfalls, cabanas, restaurants and bars, nightlife, valet parking and more.
